LinkedIn faces class action, delays due to suspected users

linkedinFour plaintiffs to the U.S. District Court in San Jose collective prosecute commercial social network LinkedIn, LinkedIn claiming unauthorized use of their identity to their e-mail contact list to send spam. The plaintiff also pointed out, LinkedIn does not provide functionality to prevent spam sent. LinkedIn plaintiff alleged invasion of their account , but their description is more like a third-party e-mail account to import contacts from the list of features.
